Complaint on pricing/product not working


I am a first time user of ypur product, yesterday I tried to hold a course for students, where we were to use a team workspace, ( in order for the students to avoid using their credit cards )

I estimate that only 10% of the users were able to clone the workspace, in fact the same problem was registred by several other users yesterday i noticed.

I only planned for the use of the team workspace these two days, so perhaps i picked the wrong plan for my purpose, but as the students were unable to use your product I would like to make a complaint, where to I direct that?
