Company firewall blocks the workspace from working - what to do?


I work at the Dept. of VA and I believe our firewall is blocking my work spaces. I have a mechanism to request changes to our firewall or to create different kinds of connections if that is required, but I don’t really know what to ask them to do? Has anyone experienced this and figured it out or does anyone know what I need to tell them to do so that my workspaces will open?


Have a look at IP addresses to whitelist and that should do the trick for you :smile:
