Cloud9 becomes idle (New)


Hi, I have recently asked about the apache service will become idle. It is reported that it may caused by the inactive workspaces. I have now joined a micro plan so that it is supposed that it will not become idle within 7 days. However the apache becomes idle after 2 days runnung. Can anyone give me a acceptable answer?


Hi William, usually premium workspaces don’t get archived that quickly, though it could happen that we need to move your project to a different host. If this continues to be a problem feel free to contact support at - we want to be sure this is not causing any issues for you.
