Can't upgrade account (from UK)

I’m from UK and the first time I tried to upgrade, I got “Card declined” (Credit Card)
I tried again with another card (debit) but this time I get “Can’t subscribe to plan”.
I want to use cloud 9 (looks great) but I can’t
What to do?

OK - All OK now
I had a fraud message from my UK bank. It asked me to confirm if the declined payment was OK.
I rang the fraud line that was given to me in the message (after confirming via Google that it was teh correct number) and tried again, The second attempt went through fine - just posting if it helpe someone else!
