Can't upgrade account: "Couldn't subscribe to plan"

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade my account using a (valid) credit card, and I get the error message « Couldn’t subscribe to plan ». I saw on the forum I am not the only one having the problem, but I saw no solution…

My username on Cloud9 is christophetd.
