Cannot mount SFTP sever

#1

Hi,

Everytime when I mount an SFTP sever it fails and says

“An error occurred while creating the mount:
Command failed: mkdir: cannot create directory ‘/home/ubuntu/mounts/dearfrdc’: File exists”

I did not have this problem before but this surfaces from yesterday.

It would be very much appreciated if you could help.

Kind Regards,
Kenny

Same problem happens to me.
I tried unmounting using fusermount -u ~/mymountpoint/, but it doesn’t work.
I later tried unmounting using umount -l ~/mymountpoint/, but only root users can use this.

:frowning:

Still no success. Let me know if you figure out how to fix this problem.
