Cannot access any of my workspaces

I recently signed up for Cloud 9 (free version), and am currently unable to access any workspaces I create. What happens is that if I try to open them, the page times out (“This page can’t be displayed”). This has been the case since I created my account about two weeks ago. Just wanted to see how I can resolve this issue.

Figured out a workaround. Using Firefox over IE seems to work better for this web app.
