C9.io keeps billing me after deleting my account months ago

Hi,

I used cloud9.io services for some months (micro account) and was a satisfied customer, but due to connection problems on my side, I chose to have a local development workspace and wanted to terminate my micro account. So I threw away my workspaces, and then deleted my account.

But now, months after, cloud9 is still billing me 9$ every month.
How can I make cloud9 stop billing me for my micro account I terminated months ago?
