C9 for a student is not working



Good afternoon,
I have a student who have been using his Cloud 9 account for a while, but for some reason whenever he wants to log into his cloud 9 account using his e-mail address, he cannot log in.

The student’s name is Ethan Posner and his e-mail is ethanjpposner@icloud.com. Any help is appreciated.
