Built-in web server on port 8080 and NodeJS app on port 8081

I followed the multiple ports guide, but I’m unable to run my frontend on 8080 and my backend (NodeJS - serverless) on 8081. Has anyone been able to run the built-in web server on 8080 and a NodeJS app on 8081?

How does one specify a port using the ENV variables in the run configuration pane?

Using $PATH = 8081 results in the error “export: `8080=8081’: not a valid identifier”.

Thanks in advance,
Cory

“PORT=8081 node app.js” may be what you are looking for. Another resource that may be of use can be found here: https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-use-pm2-to-setup-a-node-js-production-environment-on-an-ubuntu-vps
