Browsersync on HTTPS

browsersync
gulp

Has anyone been able to successfully get Browsersync to work over https with culp/c9?

This works perfect for me:
browsersync.init({ interval: 2000, port: 8082, files: ['./resources/views/**/*'] });

This does not:
browsersync.init({ interval: 2000, port: 8082, files: ['./resources/views/**/*'], https: true });

I have updated my browsersync file to use https instead of http. All I get back is “ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE No data received”

For what it’s worth, I tried briefly to get this working but ended up stumped and left it at that. I can’t remember if I tried setting my application preview URL to public but if you haven’t tried that then you might at least give it a shot.

I’ll give that a go here after my meeting and let you know.

There is a bug in browsersync: it doesn’t work when proxying from http server to https
