Bash rails: command not found after installing Ruby 2.3.3

After I install Ruby 2.3.3, rails -v command does not work.
It gives me bash rails: command not found

Why is this happening and how can I fix this?
I even re-installed Ruby and checked that this installed but this is still happening.

I included the screen shot here http://imgur.com/a/Sk6A3
Please help.

I don’t have a lot of Ruby experience, but from what I’ve seen, I’m pretty sure you have to install Rails separately. Try running gem install rails and see if that works.

That is correct. You will have a different set of gems for every different version of Ruby you use. So after you installed and switched to version 2.3.3, you will have to install Rails gem again for this version.

Thanks for confirming!
