As mentioned in the title, my workspace has been stuck on archiving, or in state 21 for over 12 hours, since 11am this morning. I’ve read many posts saying it typically takes 3-5 hours, but mine is taking much longer. Can I get immediate support on this? I have a homework assignment due very soon and all my files are on C9, which I can’t access at all. I’m really worried since another user has reported losing all their files, and I was almost done with my homework. Please help.

Generally if your workspace is stuck for more than 30-40 min it is better to write to firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the url of the broken workspace.
