Admin access to connect out?


We’re an integration platform for SaaS companies. We’re working with a SaaS analytics company that is looking at leveraging our Ground2Cloud connector to enable their customers to pull data from Quickbooks Desktop. Some of their customers use Cloud9. The question is: For those customers hosted in Cloud9, do they have admin access to install new bits of software and agents that would allow connectivity outbound? It looks like - yes, via port 8080 - but please confirm. If not, what certifications do we need to have to allow them to do so?
