Account trouble

To whomever this may concern,

Just recently made an “account” and already ran into issues. I could not log into my account. I had to click the back arrow to revert my page and submitted a new password that it “accepted”. Went back to try to log back in and it said my username does not exist. Went to check my email and within said email was the same username that the website stated did not exist. I am a very cautious person because while creating my account, it asking for my billing information and now I am skeptical to what is going on. I would appreciate it if someone would help me with my issue as soon as possible. It would be greatly appreciated.

edited: the username to anyone who is curious is/was: chrisgarcia. what you see right now is my facebook linked to whatever account this is.
