Account is blocked

Dear, I have just begun working in a new machine today and after a few minutes I returned to my console to see a message that my acocunt was blocked without any further details.

Can you advise what steps I need to take to get back into my account?

Did you try resetting your password or try creating a new account using the same email address. If you are unable to perform these steps, then only admin of c9 can help you. There is no other option.

no dude they keep saying we cant unblock it but im just asking for my code which i have been working for months now
