Accidentally Purchased New Teams Account When Trying to Update Billing for Premium Individual Account


I manage my partner’s account billing and made a terrible mistake in his account yesterday. I accidentally purchased a new teams account instead of updating his Premium Individual Account billing. Now all of his private repositories appear to be gone because of my mistake. I would really like to resolve this privately, but Premium Support is not available for “Teams”, which is not what I intended to purchase at all. Can you please email me directly to resolve this?
