Accessing team member workspaces as an admin


I just signed our team up to see if this works for us. It looks great so far, for the most part.

The issue I’m running into is that as the account owner, I have to request access to workspaces that belong to others on the team. I can see this becoming a problem when someone is out sick or leaves the company. Am I missing something, or does the account owner really not have the ability to access all team workspaces, unless given explicit access by the workspace owner?

As I’m paying for all the accounts, I would expect to have access to all the work within the team workspaces.
