About the Account and Billing category


Issues or questions about signing up, signing in, billing etc. Cloud9 admins can see your email address and username (if you have correctly filled out your C9 username on forum signup) so no need to include that information.

A general description of the issue should be enough for us to help you out.

I had cancelled my cloud nine account & deleted it completely, last month, but I keep getting billed.
Please do something ASAP…

Thanks … i had posted my email & user name because I had deleted the a/c which had these credentials. so it might help to trace the issue.Please give me a heads up when you resolve the issue.
