35days waiting on premium support

I have been waiting 35days for my support question to be answered, i also sent another message 8days ago which has also gone unanswered. A simple update would be great :)!



Unfortunately, due to their recent merge with AWS, Cloud9 has spent a lot of time adjusting, and as such their support is lacking. Just recently, they mentioned this on their status page, and hopefully it should clear up soon. If it’s something I can help you with, please ask, and I’ll see what I can do.
